The Times of London has the story. Apparently it isn't getting much coverage stateside. Go figure.
The gist is that the memo talks about ways to create a justification for attacking Iraq at a time when neither government had mentioned it in public. What's worse, it acknowledges that Iraq wasn't a threat to its neighbors, much less us.
