Here we go again
It's hard to imagine why the New York Times thinks a story about Bill and Hillary's personal lives is front page news at this particular moment in time. Because she might run for the presidency in two years, and they just want to get a head start? Nostalgia for the days when conservatives applauded the 'hard news' being dished out by the press?
Beats me, but the 'some say...' sourcing and prognostications about their private behavior is neither news nor fact. Maybe it just still sells papers, five years into another admnistration.
And now, what some say is the shortest excerpt I've ever used in a post:
Some friends say that they do not notice any tension now, though they are not sure when, or how, it lifted.
How's that for serious journalism?
