This just isn't the sort of title I would have expected to see from any news source. But when even timid journos are starting to phrase things this way (especially with the rightie pundits already over their initial shock at the hurricane and in full-on spin mode "Locals! Locals! Locals!"), it can't help but give you a bit of hope.
