Strut out, put it out, that's what you want from Republicans

Katherine Harris is really giving politics her all, in spite of the fact that the powers that be are strongly discouraging her from running for the Senate. But, she's decided to do Democrats nationwide a favor and announce her candidacy. After you see the video of her appearance yesterday on Hannity & Colmes, you'll understand why she might not be the ideal candidate. (Crooks & Liars has the video)

Yech. It's like her campaign consultant is a photographer for Hustler. "That's it baby, stick that chest out. Uh-huh. Now wet your lips and arch your back a little. Ohhh, yeah. That's the stuff."

Except that she obviously has to remind herself to hold that pose every ten seconds or so. Tragic. But fortunate from a Democratic perspective-- as long as female GOP candidates are required to trade on their looks, we'll have an advantage.
