Presidents gone wild

Popular blogs-- the type that have lots of visitors-- will occasionally be seen to run photos with the exhortation "write your own caption." This photo, with the former president apparently grinding a young hurricane victim's face into his crotch, just reached out from the screen and demanded that I start writing captions like "Bush I to homeless children: "Blow me." Or maybe "At least Monica wasn't a minor." Or "Former president amuses crowd with Michael Jackson impression."
