GOP Rep. third to quote non-existent headline

Just heard on Franken's show-- and is hasn't turned up online yet, although they read a direct quote. After Homesland Security chief Michael Chertoff and Chairman Of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Richard Myers have both claimed in the last week that "most of the headlines" in the US papers last Tuesday stated that New Orleans had "dodged a bullet." In fact, no such headline was in any paper that day. It's just a lie. A crock of shit, if you will.

That hasn't stopped California Representative David Dreier (Republican, naturally) from repeating the claim, word for word. It's still a lie.
