Admin: Downing Street Memo "Flat out wrong."
The White House's denial of the notorious memo is official. And although spokesmonkey Scott McClellan said the information therein is "flat out wrong," although he says he hasn't actually seen it. Which is odd, because it's available at www.downingstreetmemo.com.
Meanwhile, the British government hasn't made any claims that the memo is phony-- but Tony Blair was at the meeting whose minutes constitute the allegation that the US was hell-bent on war and seeking a justification for action that it could present to the public. Prepare to lose another ally.
