America's foreign policy experts agree: we aren't winning any 'war on terror'

Although the involvement of the Center for American Progress will be an immediate excuse for conservatives to dismiss the study as propaganda, plenty of conservative foreign policy experts were polled, and the data was weighted to give them equal representation in the study. And the findings are profoundly disturbing.

Are we winning the "war on terror?" 75% of conservatives say no.

Is the country becoming safer from terrorist threats? 90% of respondents say no.
