Speaking of election fraud...

Jack Cafferty was on Wolf Blitzer's show and pointed out a couple of ways in which the GOP is making it harder for Americans to vote. First, although he doesn't elaborate much in the short time given to him, Cafferty cites a Florida law that has caused the League of Women Voters to say they can "no longer afford" to have voter registration drives.

Second, a new federal law prevents people from voting "if the state cannot match information from voter registration forms with government databases."

Third, a provision could go into the immigration bill that would require all voters to present a "federally mandated photo ID" or be denied the right to vote.

Just to spell it out, who's likely to be a step ahead of government databases? People who move a lot, like the young, urban and poor. Who's likely to be without a driver's license? The urban, poor and elderly. Largely Democratic voters.

As Cafferty says: "Dont kid yourself-- this stuff isn't happening accidentally. These are calculated moves by people in power to corrupt the system in such a way that they are able to remain in power."
